    Waterloo Carnival 10 July Print E-mail

    Waterloo Carnival will take place on 10 July. This year themed around aliens, it's a great family day out and welcomes volunteers.

    Activities during the day are aimed at under 10s and seniors but 300 people are involved in the procession, which takes place at 1.30pm in Lower Marsh.

    Volunteer opportunities

    • Volunteer stewards for the Carnival procession from 12.30pm to 3.30pm
    • Volunteers for the Seniors Tea Party from 12pm to 5pm on Millenium Green
    • Volunteers to put up posters and flyers

    Family fun

    There is a programme of family workshops where you have the opportunity to come along and help make a giant UFO or design your own alien costume. To participate, please email Laura Cowell.
