Learn to swim every Saturday with Total Fit. Classes are available to suit all levels. Group 1 - Beginners
Learn to swim on Saturday mornings. Specially designed to help you achieve confidence in the water. The course will be oriented to develop basic breathing applied to the four swimming styles, flotation skills and initiation to front crawl and breast stroke. Max 6 per class
Group 2 - Intermediate
With a medium-to-high intensity session to become a faster, more efficient swimmer. Max 6 per class
Group 3 - Adapted swimming
Designed specially to relieve back tension, improve range of movement, balance and overall fitness; consisting of adapted swimming styles for specific back conditions. Stretch, toning exercises and Aqua Pilates moves. Max 6 per class. Medical release must be obtained.
All courses last six weeks with one session per week and cost £55.
One-to-one 30-45min sessions: £25 Book five one-to-one sessions and pay just £100!
