    Your on site Property Manager is Mrs Emma Utting. Emma is Senior Property Manager at Rendall and Rittner Limited, and has been with the company since 2004.

    Emma is a Member of the Institute of Residential Property Managers, meaning that she has successfully completed both industry recognized examinations set by the institute.

    In addition to managing County Hall, Emma also manages other prestigious blocks of flats including The Parliamentarian near Parliament Square, Raven Wharf in London Bridge, Gun Wharf, St Johns Wharf and City View House in East London and Kings Wharf in Hackney.
